based: muse a owns the apartment building muse b lives in. muse b is crazy attracted to muse a, but isn’t the smoothest when it comes to flirting, so they make-up excuses to see them. leaking pipe, squeaky door, etc. muse a starts to catch on to what muse b is doing and finds it kinda cute.
rocks on his feet as he waits for the landlord to open their door. patrick runs through a list of his previous excuses, trying to find one that was the most realistic this time. the leaky pipe was a desperate attempt and he needed a decent one this time. other people might move out with all the ‘problems’ his apartment presented, but he didn’t mind. “hey! i know i was here last week, but you wouldn’t believe the problem i have this time.” don’t overdo it, pat. “it’s getting chilly and my heater isn’t working. think you could help?” // @paperiinqs
lmao ok so its been a while since Gravity Falls but I got reminded of just how much I relate to it today. So, for those of you who don’t know, when I was a little kid I left my Central City home to go live in a shack in the woods. The town is very small and absolutely filled with weed, so the people are all really nice and absolutely loopy. My next door neighbor was an old lady with straggly gray hair who never wore shoes and chased off shady people with a shotgun, befriended all of the neighborhood children and called us “lovebugs” and took us on tHE BEST trips down to the river. I was never a very poular child and got bullied pretty hard, so I loved books and stories more than anything else. I was wary of other people, loved conspiracies, and was convinced the forest around my house was filled with Fairies. I carried around a guide-book on Fae and... is this sounding familiar? Okay good. So I recently moved back into this town (Paradise, CA you can look it up) with my grandparents. My grandfather just took me on a tour of all of the houses safety equipment.... There are more fire extinguishers in this house than I can count, he has medical kits shoved into every crevice and corner that cover wounds from scratches to broken bones to bullet wounds and chemical warfare. There is a small armory and a private, sustainable clean water well in the yard. My grandfather literally said he has zero faith in humanity and wants to make sure that no matter what happens to this country his family will be safer on his own property. He wants to start a year-supply of canned an non-perishable foods just in case the apocalypse happens in our lifetime. I feel like I’m living Dipper Pine’s life.
