So my auntie asked if my sis and me wanted to join her colleagues for an escape room challenge and ofc we said yeah bc it sounds cool only we just looked it up and it's a horror themed one with jump scares, unsettling and gory videos and just all round trying to scare you ...

I've told them i hate that kind of stuff but they keep saying that we'll make it fun and that i shouldn't worry and im in bed almost having an anxiety attack from every noise already

I tried looking up what happens so i can prepare myself but you have to sign an agreement that you won't post anything about it and spoil the experience so there is literally 0 about it except useful messages like "I love horror and this made me shit myself amazing!" or "5 stars to the actors they freaked me out so bad"

Idk what to do if i can tell any officials there but i dont wanna say to all these colleagues that I might have an anxiety attack if i get scared too bad
