jun's learned the signs that your period is coming up
it took him a little while but he knows now
your libido increasing means your menstrual cycle follows not long after
jun is 10x more caring than usual
taking over majority of your chores
along with any that you shared
he pushes you to rest at home
jun prepares fruits and teas for you
after walking in on you crying from cramps
he looked up foods that could help
in fact jun did a lot of research after that moment
so he's also making sure that you drink enough water
your favorite activity that he found in his research is the late night walks
neither of you talk during them
instead taking it as a moment to clear your minds
and calm yourselves after doing everything needed to be done that day
Jiham (Donghun)
another member that would know
the two of you track it together
you know those fridge magnets showing the phases
yeah, y'all use that
jiham is lowkey more on top of it than you are
but it's not in obsessive way
it's actually super sweet
he prepares everything that you could need/want
Jiham gets you a variety of snacks
both sweet & salty ones as he's learned
he also got you hot/cold water packs and heating patches
even got one of those portable heating pads for you
basically there stands no chance for cramps/back pain when jiham is taking care of you
you pay him back in kisses & cuddles
Wow
you know that saying: mom's magic hands
that's basically it but with Wow
so there's lots of cuddling on your period
with him as the big spoon
holding your stomach to help with the cramping
kind of how like pregnant people lift & hold their bellies up
i do this
and it works wonders when i'm cramping y'all
anyways~ back to it
wow is all about trying to lessen the pain of your period
back massages!!
he works out all any knots that you've got
but tbh he doesn't even need to do anything special
just him rubbing his hands over the area makes you feel better
Byeongkwan
i think byeongkwan would be very pampering during it all
preparing warm bubble baths
and doing your skin care routine as you sit on the counter
byeongkwan places loads of kisses once he's finished
relishing in the sound of your giggles
he's also very reassuring
letting you know how beautiful he finds you
telling you that the acne flare-ups, bloating, & weight changes don't matter to him
you guys love watching dramas with your face masks on
it might seem basic to other people
but it's your favorite activity to do with byeongkwan
you just enjoy being able to spend time with your boyfriend
Chan
chan is another member who can tell that your period is coming up
he can tell in the little things when you tell him about your day
about how you're feeling tired but cant sleep
plus the headaches you're experiencing more often
as your period approaches closer
you begin feeling more depressed
something that chan has learned to understand as he's dated you
chan brings small joys back home with
to put a smile on your face despite how shitty you feel
like some food you've been craving
or a drink that you mentioned wanting recently
some other times it'll be an item that chan saw you eyeing
and other times, it's something even more simple
like joining you on the couch as you nap
surprising you with his sleeping face
and a blanket draped over the two of you when you wake up again
