I’m finally sharing one of my most exciting projects this year: the cover for the dark fantasy novel “The Skeleton Faerie” by A.P. Mobley!

This piece is unlike anything I’ve done before, the concept came to me on my first read, and I knew I wanted a close-up portrait of Saoirse on the cover from her very first scene.

I also illustrated the map, title page, and chapter header. The style adopted for these small illustrations was very much inspired by Tim Burton and William Morris. Years ago I used to draw only in black and white, and working on these was like stepping back into the comfort zone!
