Izumi: That's certainly a theme that you're good at, Itaru-san. Well then, start!

Itaru: ...eh? Where in the world am I?
Itaru: I went to sleep straight after I came home on the last train yesterday. But it feels like I'm in a foreign castle. Moreover, I'm wearing these strange clothes.
Itaru: Is my reluctance to go to work causing me to escape reality with a weird dream? Haha, that could be true.
Itaru: Now that I think about it, is this place... I feel like I've seen it somewhere before. It kinda looks like the castle that was in an anime I saw last week.
Itaru: If I remember correctly, it was titled something like "That Time I Reincarnated as the Diabolic Prince Modis", huh?
Itaru: The setting of them anime revolves around a salaryman who woke up one morning and got reincarnated as the villain prince Modis in a game world.
Itaru: if the story is unchanged and follows the original plot, then that means Modis is hated by many and ultimately, gets killed by his own brother.
Itaru: The protagonist tries desperately to raise everyone's approval ratings while staying in Modis' body to avoid that horrible fate, which adds the comedy to it...
Itaru: ...Wait, are the clothes I'm wearing right now the same as Modis'? No way, am I in the same situation as the anime's protagonist right now?
Itaru: S-Speaking of which, in the anime, just after the protagonist reincarnates as Modis, his brother sends an assasin to attack him.
Itaru: The first episode had the protagonist defeating the assassin with magic, then he heals the assassin's wounds and the two of them become friends, and...

Itaru: ...Huh? The assassin isn't moving. Maybe I'm just awfully strong right now.
Itaru: If I use this power effectively, I feel like I might be able to avoid the death route without having to desperately raise everyone's approval ratings like that protagonist did.
Itaru: For instance, I can use this power to first eliminate the biggest threat, my brother, and then I'll eliminate every single obstacle in my path, and eventually I'll be conquering the world.....
Itaru: ...Yeah, that route of life sounds fun. I was already sick of my ordinary salaryman life anyway.
Itaru: Might as well master the most vicious, most evil path there is! Hahahaha......!!
