GODDDDD i have so many fucking emotions, about cascade. i remember the first time i watched it, i had been reading like ALL night just absolutely engrossed in everything that led up to the end of act 5. it was like 3am and at that point my little baby high school freshman ass was absolutely not supposed to be awake but i had to know what was happening i mean like, we just got back to the story after doc scratch’s whole interlude right?? couldn’t just stop reading there! so i was like ohhhh a flash for the end of the act this looks like its gonna be cool and ohhhhhhhhhhh my goddddddd

when the fucking window just OPENED UP and shit started moving outside the usual range of the panels????? i was SHITTING like oh my GOD. i was absolutely to tired for that nonsense i was goddamn ascending into another plane of existence. 

and ive ALWAYS been a slut for a good musical score so the way the music fit with the movement and the events just DESTROYED MY WHOLE ASS!! particularly flare and black hole green sun like YO the violin part when dave and rose are rising out of the fuckginegnign sun??? still gives me got damn chills im literally in such a pumped mood after watching it tonight and this is what, probably my 4th or 5th readthrough of the comic?? 

not to mention i was (and am) a Known Sollux Stan so when he started just exploding his brains out his face and stuff i was like Hollering, as you do.

GOD i love cascade. i love so many of the fucking flashes i cant wait to get to my other faves. (i mean i already got through [s] make her pay and i shouldve done something with that here but i was honestly too caught up in just WATCHING it.) but like [s] unite and [s] synchronize are up there (largely due to the music) and of course the other end-of-act flashes, but like.
