im frustrated that like. ive been told caffeine is bad for my migraines (its good for some people but? my brain is opposite? Idk) but i also have caffeine dependency like hell, so its like... does my head feel weird still a full day later because i desperately need coffee? or will coffee push me into a second wave? who knows!!! also my back hurts!!! its like sore from being massaged even though it never hurt before i discovered yesterday that massaging it was relieving the head pain...? Fuck you too man
