They (the nurses and other patients) were fortunately pretty patient and accommodating

Can someone please help?

Bigs want body to sleep now, so can't do myself

But want to find images/pictures/pngs of Bluey doing various activities (ADLs -> eating/drinking/brushing teeth/taking a bath/playing/ect) and having different emotions (scared/happy/sad/ect) so we can make Bluey themed communication cards for Juliette

Is okay if not, bigs say can look again when we wake up tomorrow

All cards are ~2×3 in, hole punched, and "laminated" with clear packing tape

We finally finished making our low tech AAC/communication cards!

It took... a WHILE, but we finally got them to a place we're happy with ^.^

Next, we have our communication binder, as we paused that to work on the cards, but that's not a rush

The print-out we made

Process of cutting them out, gluing two cards together to make front+back, then using tape to "laminate" them

Finished product!

At the moment, we're using a safety pin to keep it in an order that is good for our brain, but we plan on getting a little key ring to actually secure them together

Part of getting motivation to continue make communication binder is redo parts that upset brain before

New cover page prettier

Word pages going be more uniform, and not color pencil - use pen instead for more clear write - and have no arbitrary background color

Also need list of contacts and medical information, but thinks going add to separate folder for privacy instead

Would anyone be interested in themed, handmade low tech AAC cards?

I really enjoyed making Juliette's, and would like to make more, but we don't really need that many sets

So, I'm thinking of making some to sell

If there's interest, I'll write up a page about prices, the kinds of sets, ect

They're not done (I laminate them with tape and hole punch a corner to fasten a keychain, example below)
