It is Freddie's. In the preview for next episode, you see someone in a flaming wheelchair rolling down the street, that's Freddie. In Hannibal the movie Freddie is played by Phillip Seymour Hoffman and that's what happens to him lol.

Yes, I’ve seen the Red Dragon scene, and I’ve read the book, and I saw the flaming wheelchair in the promo, but it is not confirmed that the person in the wheelchair is Freddie. 

Even if it was Freddie burning in the wheelchair, we still have no way of knowing whether or not the funeral Will is attending is Freddie’s. Although I agree it would correlate with Red Dragon.

How was mundo in lane an issue? His cleavers don't pierce minions bad as cait you have stupid range. As long as you can dodge sivirs Q both you and your support should have been able to blow up either of them fairly easily from the get go.

Sheer health. It wasn’t that he was particularly deadly. It’s that he zones so well combined with Sivir Q and E that I was pushed to my turret with Volibear and eating cleavers. He could freely soak up a turret shot or two while Sivir chunked me. Even with range, I couldn’t get close enough to her without going through him. Part of it was the matchup - Voli doesn’t have the cc that would have helped me get rid of Mundo. Even so, Mundo’s passive health regen flat out ignored my autos, esp with Doran’s Shield. It’s not Mundo’s kit, it’s Mundo’s bulk that was the issue. He had Warmog’s by end of laning - and nothing else save Doran’s - and that was more than enough to make him utterly painful to be around.
