oh and please don’t get me started that aparently biracial black and asain people were not welcomed
the creator literally stated they want to center whiteness
biracial south asain and white people were not believed to be asain
yall i think we might need to sit down and actually have a convo about this because what
that “wasian” meet up happening during aaphi month and all of the following instances of people who are not east asain and white or not biracial asain and white were just told they werent asain
now monoracial central asains were aparently invited because they were assumed to be “wasian”
like this is all really not surprising to i think really any biracial asain and white person that doesn’t automatically want to fetishize or place ourselves in proximity to whiteness by calling ourselves wasian
#AAPHI Chapter Bro @sir_natp and @asexquisitecakes #BabyShower Congrats to them.
