Lifeblood
Rukani is an orphaned tiger, adopted by a clan of birds. She has a unique ability to "awaken" the technology left behind by the extinct people that came before. She doesn't fully understand it, but it compels her to search out evidence of the Elder Race.
She and her older brother Aara (the bird guy) end up going on an epic journey to save their current civilization from a rampant AI/robot named Scio. And they make some friends along the way :)
I love these colors. Overpowering the ratio of his original palette, making them dull in comparison
