Kitesurf: Red Bull donne des ailes au kitesurfer Aaron Hadlow

Aaron Hadlow est devenu le nouveau "King of the Air" 2015 pour la troisième édition de l'incontournable contest de kitesurf.

Le Red Bull King of the Air a eu lieu du 31 janvier au 14 février 2015 sur le spot de Cape Town en Afrique du Sud. Cet évènement regroupe les 24 meilleurs riders du monde avec au programme: du kitesurf spectaculaire et des envolées à plus de 10 mètres de l'eau. La première place revient à l'anglais Aaron Hadlow qui a séduit les juges avec ses deux magnifiques "Megaloop KGB" en finale et demi finale. Il devance ainsi l'ancien champion Kevin Langeree qui a, malgré tout, bataillé fort pour garder son titre.

Big Views... As part of the #freerideproject movie in 2011 I went to the Dominican Republic with 5 times world champ and good friend of mine Aaron Hadlow. We rode, partied and filmed out there for a month and got done what we needed to do. This is the web cut and teaser that I put together from the trip... With some local dominican hip hop ;)

The end of May/start of June delivered some fantastic morning and evening breezes and although the wind was a little light on 01/06  the 12m Flexifoil ID did its job perfectly and I managed to get some of my riding on camera. I've kited for a few years in boots but finally found my perfect setup! The Hadlow freestyle/Ronix Franks combo.... I cannot give this setup enough praise. The boots are insanely comfy whilst being compact and light so all the speed of the freestyle board is maintained and NO heel spray as a bonus!
