                       There weren’t many who remembered, or even knew of Reaver’s pirating days. Centuries had passed since the seas truly knew the immortal’s terror, but such an entity never forgot. Every action that took place upon their vast waters, the sea would remember. And Reaver was the greatest horror that they had ever seen. Though it was certainly true that pirates were known for being ruthless thieves, there were few who killed for sport like he did. Few who burned entire ports to the ground, blew up every ship he came across, and turned the very ocean red with blood. Those were deeds that the sea could not, and would not, ever forget. Those who created hell would always be recognized by the water, and the urge to return to a life of pirating and thievery was now strong within the immortal-- What better way to sate such an appetite than to steal from another pirate?

                      Getting aboard a ship was still as easy as he remembered. Silently snap a few necks here, knock a few people out there, and he was in. It didn’t even matter what this particular ship had on it really. All Reaver cared about was taking whatever he pleased and making sure the captain of the ship knew exactly who had stolen from them once he was gone.

Say she’s a little entranced, one wouldn’t be off the mark—before her Loki sees something that could be a far off vision, an illustration in a book she wasn’t supposed to have. Horns curled back from his head, decorated with this or that band or jewel, something she recalls only vaguely. Loki had never known Jötunnheim in its glory, only knew memories that were not her own, did not know her own blood enough to say whether the diadem set in her dark curls was anything close to what her body could have been once upon a time.

She stares, she does, something reverent on her face, caught between delight and awe and fear. There’s a childish urge to possess, in her fingers, a want to touch, grasp, hold as if they were meant to be hers, and a divorcing from her body in the same moment, dispossessed, undesired.

If she should say something, it doesn’t occur to her what that is.

Really, it just means that he is marginally more suspicious of Meerad’s intentions, but Dorian does so hate to lose. And winning fairly can be dreadfully boring.

❛   someone is looking for you.   ❜     face partly veiled and with the long dark robe the stranger might not seem like the most trustworthy person one could encounter in the crowded alleys of the seaport.  yet few walking here would.  despite this,  he knows much of what goes on ‘pon thedas’ shores and at its seas,  knows of alliances,  and of the other man’s.  even though an associate of the inquisition,  he doesn’t only do the honorable.  he surely has his enemies.  such must be the group of sailors he’d overheard mere moments ago.  his mission here isn’t to give warning to qunari pirates,  but he will provide such for an ally to the honorable cause if needed.  pupils move up and down as he scans the captain’s form.      ❛   and it seems you do not believe in the keeping of such as a “low profile”...   ❜

general opinion: fall in a hole and die | don’t like them | eh | they’re fine I guess | like them! | love them | actual love of my life 

hotness level: get away from me | meh | neutral | theoretically hot but not my type | pretty hot | gorgeous! | 10/10 would bang

hogwarts house: gryffindor | slytherin | ravenclaw | hufflepuff - I feel he might have Slytherin traits in there tho. 

best quality: I don’t know a lot about Mera yet, but he seems like a lighthearted fellow, and I like that. I’m all up for characters who can have a good laugh and tease, but it be in nice and light nature. :3 I’m really excited to learn more about him :D

worst quality: He’s got roguish tenancies XD Not that that’s a BAD thing, but personally I am not into thievery, haha. Unless it’s like stealing from the rich to give to the poor, but again, I don’t know a lot about him yet! 

ship them with:  HMMM, well I’d definitely like to see where things head, but honestly I’m all for OC’s with chemistry with OC”s so I’m excited to see some of the ships you will have with him in the future. I can see him and Rune getting along really nicely for a ship <3

misc. thoughts: I’m still so new to him, so I’m afraid I can’t say a lot >: But I hope this can change in the future when we’ve got more of an established bond with muses and I get to see more Meraad content <3 He’s such a lovely boy so far!
