Chapter 8: Return a Favor & Kill Her with Kindness
Being in someone’s debt is not something that came naturally to a Malfoy. Draco had learned early on that it was always better to be the one owed, never the one owing.
So, it wasn’t as if he planned on waiting long to repay Granger.
Not that his sudden determination had anything to do with the fact that she had been living rent-free in his mind ever since The Table Incident. Absolutely not.

I'm on my last edit. Let’s just say this was a rollercoaster. Turns out, finding believable reasons for them to absolutely hate each other while still trying to tear each other’s clothes off is really hard. Didn’t see that coming. I thought their good looks would be enough—how wrong I was. Anyway, it took way too long, but tonight, it’s finally getting finished. AO3
