Gonna be honest, I was really on the fence of whether I wanted to post this or not. I’ve been working on it for a while but after seeing everyone else’s amazing entries I started to doubt myself. But l still wanted to support you abbeyofcyn and overcome my apprehension so I posted it! This was a very fun ditys to complete, thanks abbey! Excited to see the results!

so you may have all been wondering about my lack of real content recently, for which I apologize. the reason why, though...

was this beast. almost 17 hours of work went into this thing, and boy was it worth it. this was all for @abbeyofcyn's CTIYS challenge, as some of you might have guessed. I actually started this about a month ago, then running start happened and schoolwork has been keeping me busy, not to mention a lack of motivation (I dropped this for like two weeks). but anyways, hopefully I'll be back to drawing more regularly.

now for a message to the @abbeyofcyn: what the hell. what spell did you cast over me to make me work for 17 HOURS on a single piece for a contest that is not even decided by effort. anyways hope you like it, you are such a cool artist and I love your stuff, and also this is the most time I've ever spent on one piece

also there's a lined version under the cut, I had planned from the start to leave the lines out of the final piece but I figured I would also post one with the lines as to not take away from the original art :]

I forgot I had the @abbeyofcyn CTIYS, I just spend a few hrs in this because the OG ended up being corrupted 😭 Also I suck at colouring so I tried XD, was fun to do though, it was nice to turn my brain off for a while, I wanted to try a blurred one but it looked better in my head XD (so did the sky) there’s a few things I can probably go back and re do
