my favorite gag with paracelsus is when she says something in a really fucking insane way that makes her sound crazy but shes actually right. like the idea that shes predicted what antibodies are and what actually causes diseases and that it isnt like. demons in the blood or the whatever. but shes presents it like “so theres these tiny, invisible beings that live in your bloodstream” and so nobody believes her. the only person who knows this is what is happening is bigby and hes such a spineless wuss he is never going to say literally anything to her or anyone else about this because hes afraid people will be mad at him. somehow
