When he first met you, it was outside of the palace–when he was running off from his attendance he accidentally bumped into you while you were eating at a food stand. He would graciously pay for it but he could hear the footstep of his attendance coming close, for some reason he decided to grab your hand and involved you in this conflict. When you and him manage to get away from the crowd, he immediately apologizes for dragging you into this. But first he is a Little confused that you seem not to recognize him, either his disguise is good or you don't know him–which is a relief for him because he doesn't need to worry about a scandal. Originally he wanted to follow you, originally you denied because you thought he was a theft due to the amount of people that were chasing him–honestly he doesn't know whether or not he should be impressed that you called a prince a thief or you deadass have no clue who he is.
By the uniform, it looks like you are a student of Night Raven College his rival school. Since there's extra time before the tournament began, you and him decided to explore. He was about to ask what route would you guys take to not be caught but in the corner of his eye, he saw you jump from the window–instead of hearing a thud he saw that you were sitting in a flying carpet, since the design looks similar towards ones that his cousin kalim own–he thought you might steal it so at first he was the one that didn't want to go with you. You started to get annoyed by him but decided to swallow it down because this dude might be a big shot due to the way he talks, you extended your hand towards him similar towards how your boyfriend kalim did when the first time he takes you on a joy ride–"do you trust me" you asked him. He replied with "no" but after a few seconds and you are still extending your hand to his, he sighed and took it.
That day was the best day of his life, despite being a prince–minajael would envy how his cousin was allowed to have such freedom. He saw the skies as well as going on adventures with you, heck you and him even almost got caught. The entire time, he could none stop looking at you with longing as well as amusement–he envies your freedom yet feels more relaxed around you. But it seems the sun's about to be settled and both of you have to return, it seems he was upset but agreed. That night, he dreams of the sweetest dreams about a person he wants to spend his life with.
Since you are a student of NRC, he assumes that he will meet you again and he did. During intermission, he decided to look for you wanting to keep talking to you–he did find you, but in the presence of his cousin kalim. A sudden punch in the gut happened inside his stomach, despite you and him met at such a short time–he genuinely feels a spark between you and him more than the princesses his family try to set up. It seems you and kalim are close... Seeing his cousin arms around your waist leaning his head on your shoulder make a brewing jealousy on his heart, yet you didn't push Kalim away–you simply enjoy his affection.
He retreated back towards the room he was staying passing rielle who looked confused why is he walking so fast and looking so distraught. Minajael refused to be seen like this, it makes him feel weak but the image of you and his cousin circle around his thoughts. "Do you trust me" is a line that is constantly repeated in his mind, a knife is twisting in his stomach. Thousands of thoughts come up in his head, do you like his cousins because he is energetic as well as beautiful. His cousin is nice and caring, while he's more tense as well as having a hard time letting people in–would you love him more if he changes his style to match his cousins, his thoughts were interrupted with rielle checking up on him because the announcement was soon to begin–and he started with a bitter pill to start.
RIELLE
You met the prince when you were, walking around–you were acting as an announcer for Crowley during the games as well as Crowley little helper. While you were carrying some paper, some guy was excitedly running around checking everything and slipping into you causing all the papers you were carrying fall. He immediately apologized and picked the papers, but suddenly stopped. Unfortunately it seems you were not focused on the seventh prince of the coral seas who was looking at you star struck, you pick up your stuff and left in a hurry.
As your silhouette fades away from the hall, rielle is left sitting in the floor starstruck and wondering who's that charming person. Life as the seventh prince is not easy you know, he is constantly overlooked by people as well as his own family but this strange new feeling in his stomach warms his heart. Is this what humans called falling in love at first sight, if it is–then it's a beautiful feeling because now he's looking forward to meeting you again. Every time, when he sees a glimpse of you–he would drop everything to see you even going against his headmasters orders, people of the sefurce are beautiful he has to admit and you are the most beautiful one.
But recently he's been seeing you around with an old classmate of his during elementary school, Azul. You and him seem to be very close, thinking as if you and him are just friends but there's an underlying feeling of jealousy and a pain telling rielle that you and Azul are dating–but he guess he denies it. Back then, Azul was nothing but a person who was targeted by bullying as well as mockery of others due to being squid merman. He would pretend to bump into you and azuls hang outs ( dares ) , hoping by doing this–he would gain your attention.
Yet deep down he knows that the truth is that you and Azul were dating, the way you look at him and as well as how Azul would express his care with affection would make him jealous and stop in his tracks. Originally he thought by also giving you gifts and presents, it would cause you and him to be closer but it has the opposite effect. He wonders why he is not allowed to give you a gift while Azul can, isn't he also allowed to have gifts towards you. He started to grow bitter, not towards you or Azul but himself.
Recently he's been doing a lot of self comparison towards Azul and him, rielle notice on how Azul hair is almost perfect as well as not messy like his. If he's hair is like that would you know him, I mean it's understandable that you like Azul. He is cool as well as smart, talented as well as handsome unlike him, rielle is more energetic, often too whimsy for others taste and naive. Rielle would try to copy Azul movements and the way he confidently walked into a room, but he's unable to project the same atmosphere as him. In the end the prince is defeated, and has to see his beloved in the arms of another person. He wishes that you would turn around and look at him but you didn't, because you are too busy looking at Azul then him. That night, rielle is in his room–his hands are covering his faces but behind is a heartbroken man with tears running down his cheek–he looks at the night stand and sees a picture of you he took, grabbing the frame and cuddling with it.
NEIGE
Neige always has a feeling that you and vil have something special between the both of you. When he first met you, he thought he finally met his princess. He was absolutely captivated by you, because you help him get away from a group of crazy fans not to mention putting yourself in harms way for his safety making sure he doesn't get lost or discovered amongst the crowds of observers. He sees how hard working you are during the VDC, which is a quality he respects and admires from you.
He continued to try to meet you, by sneaking towards NRC when he had free time. As well as asking for your number from your teammates, he sees how you care for others as well as despite being a little strict on your familiar–you deeply cared for grim as well as taking care of him. Grim would wonder why a famous actor like neige would keep visiting the ramshackle dorm just to meet you, but he would often brush it off due to the amount of sweets as well as gifts the famous actor bring.
The Media has been obsessing over who's the fixation over neige dreams. Many of his fans are heart broken by the news that neige already found a princess and is now courting them. Although neige haven't reveal anything much towards the public due to the Respects of your privacy, students of NRC like ace and deuce has been caught of guard when the actor is sitting in your dorm drinking cup of tea with grim on his lap talking towards you as well as wanting to get to know you.
These visits have become a weekly habit, neige would clear his schedule just to meet you and get to know you–sometimes if the weather is too bad, he would stay at the dorm. And in that moment, he feels right at home–being in your presence brings him comfort. One day, it was a normal visit but it was interrupted by another student of NRC–he believes that his name was rook but for some reason, the hunter is not allowing him from entering the dorm. The hunter simply look at neige with a pitiful look, and without saying a word lead the actor hands towards a window. The sight makes neige frozen in his spot, using the window he could see you and vil in an intimate hug with each other–it seems you and the Pomifiore dorm leader are close.
A sudden pang in his heart, as if a knife twisted upon his once beating heart. You were never and would never be his, after seeing the hunters look–he excuse himself and retreat back into his home. He did not even care if he gets caught, the entire time of his walk–his mind is constantly trying to find what makes vil better than him, he could understand your preference–vil has a sharp and regal look while neige has a cute yet beautiful face. The more he thinks about it, the more the knife twists in his heart. You only see him as a friend, no wonder you were distant –you were already vils one true love and not his. And that truth hurt him more than ever, the next day his management declared that neige will be going on a break for not apparent reason but people assume that he is gushing over romance but it's pretty the opposite.

✨Doing his own henna was a form of rebellion. Back at home, Minajael would have to sit still for hours while others did his henna for him because “a prince does not do his own designs!” Like many other things, it irked him that he couldn’t even have freedom over his own henna. Whenever he could, he’d sneak a few henna cones back with him to RSA. And if he had time, he’d doodle little designs on himself and occasionally his classmates. And now, you!
✨It all started when you were finally able to ditch Crowley’s chores and visit RSA. Ambling through the pristine white castle, the two of you chatted for hours. You’d be halfway through your rant when you’d gasp. “That’s gorgeous! Let me see!” Minajael waited patiently, letting you ‘ooh’ and ‘aah’ at the intricate art. Your excitement was infectious. The sparkles in your eyes almost made the long hours of lecturing and sitting behind the palace walls worth it.
“Minajael, Its beautiful,” you breathed. All your complaints about your day (and Crowley’s nonsense) were long forgotten as you reached for Minajael’s hand. “You like it?” he asked, lifting an eyebrow with a smile. You were practically holding his hand, turning it around just to see the henna designs staining his golden skin. You hummed in agreement, “I’d like to have it done on me someday.” With a shrug, you let his hand go. You were startled when his hand interlaced in yours. The words left him faster than he realized, “I can do it for you, if you want.”
✨Bro has some of the prettiest henna/mehndi designs ever. You know he’s come back from visiting his home in the Scalding Sands solely because of his arms and hands, decorated with that good long-lasting dark stain henna.
✨He’ll admit, he didn’t always enjoy the duties that came with being a prince. But having his mehndi/henna designs done was something he did enjoy. Minajael’s skin would always have the most intricate, delicate designs - flowers with shade hatching, net-like patterns, and fingers tipped in dark brown stain.
✨Over the time you sit together on the bench, the soft scent of the henna paste wafts up to you. After talking, you decide on doing a design similar to his. That way, even after you’ve parted ways, you still have a bit of him with you, as cliche as it is. Minajael is certainly on board - He’s partial to jasmine flowers and looping swirls in his own designs. You’re no exception. And soon enough, your own hands are decorated with floral designs that compliment his.
✨he definitely hides his name in your design. It’s written in the language of the Scalding Sands, but you can tell it’s something. “Hey, that doesn’t match the pattern. What is that?” Minajael merely waves you off, “it’s nothing, now stay still. The lines will turn out crooked.”
✨Don’t be fooled, keep talking. Minajael literally snuck away from RSA’s group just to spend as much time with you as possible. Pretty soon, he’d have to pack up and go back to the Scalding Sands, and then it was back to entertaining the countless suitors and suitresses being thrown at him. But for now, he’d take some refuge in your company, with your hand in his as he tries to show a fraction of his feelings for you in the henna paste decorating your skin.
“Done,” he leaned back. You gasped in awe, lifting your hands up to admire them. “Minajael, its gorgeous!” The soft scent of the paste wafted in the summer air. Beyond your hands, he smiled. “Yeah,” he agreed, eyes still locked on your smile. Gorgeous, indeed.
You stretched, being careful not to smudge the henna paste. “Perhaps you should head back,” he said quietly. It was already late. The sun was already setting. Still, you were loathe to leave Minajael, and it seemed he was too.
“Yeah, just… maybe in a minute?” Gingerly, you rested your hands on the bench, “Just until it dries?” Minajael snorted, shaking his head. “Sure.” Nevermind that your henna was already as dry as could be, flaking off onto the ground beneath you.
You rested your head on his shoulder, eyes fluttering shut. It was only when you’d finally drifted off to sleep, Minajael finally got the courage to slip his hand into yours.
He brought your hand up, studying the design. Unfurling jasmine flowers blossomed up your arm, framing the intricate mandala on your palm. Loops and swirls twisted up your fingers, and on your palm was an open flower. Selfishly, Minajael found himself turning your hand over to see your palm.
It didn’t take him long to find it. Among the mini flower petals, hidden in the design, was his own name written in his original tongue. He brushed his thumb over it wistfully, leaning his head on yours.
It was selfish of Minajael to write his name on you, and he knew it. He, who loathed the idea of being married off, hiding a part of him in your henna design. It was normal for engaged couples to hide their names in the others’ henna designs, and maybe he’d just wanted to see what it would be like. Having your name in his, and his name in yours. He snorted softly. Maybe he wouldn’t be so defiant of the suitors and suitresses who paraded into his palace if one of them was you.
As Minajael stared at your hand, the thought dawned on him. He snorted with a half-smile. The irony of his name placement on your hand wasn’t lost on him.
Of course he’d written his name there. You had him in the palm of your hand, after all.

When Minhaj had learned that the Asim family estate was your destination, you could have sworn you saw his face flicker, his eyebrows pulled together in annoyance. It had disappeared in a flash though, his charming voice immediately going back to teasing you endlessly as he easily led you through the maze of streets.
The setting sun had put a chill into the air, the intense heat from the day transforming into a cool evening that had you a bit surprised at how easily the weather can change in the desert. The clothing that you had been sweating through earlier now seemed quite thin, the cold breeze making you shiver slightly as the two of you walked.
“Cold?” Minhaj asked, quirking an eyebrow at you. You waved him off, pulling your silken scarf from your head and wrapping it around your shoulders.
“Just peachy.”
“...And that would mean?” He asked, seeming confused at your phrasing. You only sighed, his confusion a stark reminder to yourself that you don’t belong here.
How does this world have French but not ‘just peachy’...?
“I’m fine, thank you.” You revised, hoping he would think it was foreign slang instead of otherworldly slang. If he suspected something he didn’t say anything, instead reaching a hand up to brush against your cheek. The warmth of his hand was a welcome one against your chilled skin, and you had to remind yourself to not reach for that warmth as he pulled away.
“You feel pretty cold to me.” He remarked, giving you a teasing grin. You grumbled at his words, quickening your pace and walking ahead of him, a small smile on your lips. “To think you would leave poor me behind so quickly!” Minhaj chuckled from behind you, a bit of a dramatic flair to his words.
There was a light ‘whoosh!’ sound, and you suddenly felt another layer fall over your shoulder, making you feel a bit warmer. Minhaj came up by your side, his cloak pointedly gone from his own shoulders as he looked over your appearance.
“Hm, much better now.”
“...You didn’t have to do that.” You murmured, cheeks feeling hot. This time he was the one waving you off, shaking his head.
“I wanted to though, so I did. Someone very wise once told me to not take things for granted, you know.” The way he referenced your previous words made you look away from his warm gaze, a bit embarrassed at how high and mighty you must have sounded.
“...If you say so.”
“I do.” He teased. “In other news, it seems we have arrived at your destination, habibi.” At his words you looked around, realizing that the two of you were now in front of the Asim estate. It might have been a bit worrying that you hadn’t even noticed the familiar surroundings, completely content with following this person you had just met today, but there was something about him that made you feel like you didn’t have to worry about that sort of thing, (you could almost hear Jamil’s voice in your head, scolding you for your actions).
“Are you really so upset to part with me, (Y/N)?” Minhaj asked seriously, now standing in front of you.
“What?”
“...You’re frowning.” He murmured, brows pulled together. You immediately fixed your face at his words, realizing that you in fact had a bit of a small frown, (what for? You only just met Minhaj today…). Looking at the boy in front of you, you smiled a bit, his intense gaze making you feel a bit flustered. His expression lightened a bit at your smile, although his eyes seemed to still hold some kind of worry. “That’s better. Frowning doesn’t suit you.”
“Hey, if I feel like frowning I’ll frown…” You started, the teal color of the cloak around your shoulders making you change the subject. “Let me give your cloak back.” You began to slide it off, but his hand shot out, his gentle grip on your wrist reminding you of earlier in the day when he had done the same thing.
“You can keep it.” You looked at him in confusion but his face didn’t change; he was serious.
“Aren’t you going to be cold?” Minhaj chuckled lightly at your concerned words, letting go of your wrist and instead adjusting the cloak back around you.
“You might remember that I grew up in the Scalding Sands, so I’m quite well-adjusted. Think of this as a souvenir of your trip, perhaps. Aside from that though, I won’t be going far.”
“Do you live closeby?” You questioned, making him pause for a moment.
“Perhaps.” He said a bit mysteriously, his eyes seeming rather intense now.
“Keep your secrets then, mysterious Minhaj.” He smiled at your joke but didn’t respond, his hands staying on your shoulders as he looked down at you. “...Is something wrong?” You asked gently, a bit nervous at his sudden change in disposition.
“...It’s nothing.” He finally said after a few moments, shaking his head. “You should head inside now, I’m sure your friends are worried sick.”
“Can we keep in contact, maybe?” You asked hesitantly. “Like…Magicam…? Or can I give you my phone number?” He sighed softly at your words and shook his head, making your heart drop to your stomach.
Go figure.
“I have faith that we’ll meet again, (Y/N).” One of his hands slid down to yours, lifting it up gently. “And when we do, maybe you can show me more of your world.” He leaned down, his lips brushing against your knuckles and leaving a chaste kiss before letting go of you.
“But-?!”
“(Y/N)!!” Your head whipped around at the familiar voice, a figure running down the road from the estate. Quickly, you turned to face Minhaj once more, only to be met with an empty spot where he had just been standing. Your eyes darted around, trying to find if he had hidden somewhere, but he was just…gone.

“(Y/N), are you okay?!” Jamil’s voice broke you from your thoughts, your heart pounding as you nervously approached his running figure, certain you were about to be cooked alive. Before you could get a word out, Jamil reached you in record time, his eyes laced with worry and his eyebrows furrowed as he frantically looked at you top to bottom. “Are you hurt?? They didn’t do anything to you, did they?!” He asked, panic in his voice. His hands hovered over you, clearly wanting to check you for any injuries, but stopping himself.
You were expecting for him to be absolutely livid with you, so this panicked and worried state that he was in had you shocked. His hair was loose from its usual style, flowing wildly as if it was in sync with his emotions. Jamil was always the level, cool-headed one in any group setting, logically thinking through the next course of action, so to see him like this…
You took hold of his hovering hand, bringing it to your cheek and holding it. “Jamil, I’m okay. See? No injuries or anything. I’m all good.” You assured, the warmth of his hand feeling comforting and familiar. His gray eyes searched your own for a few moments, almost as if he was trying to see if you were lying. He seemed satisfied and let out an exhausted sigh, his hand now cupping your cheek of his own accord.
“You’re always getting into some kind of trouble, aren’t you…” He trailed off, shaking his head in disapproval. “And how could you just run off like that? I had it handled!” Jamil scolded, making you a bit sheepish.
“I panicked, okay? Those guards were huge…” He didn’t seem pleased with your excuse, his eyebrows still furrowed together. “I’m sorry, though. I didn’t mean to make you worry.” You added, unconsciously leaning into his hand a bit, (it was rather chilly out…).
“...Don’t ever do that again.” He said, his tone serious. “I already have Kalim to worry about, I don’t want to be worrying about you too.” His harsh words made you look away, shame churning in your stomach.
“Sorry…” You murmured, keeping your eyes fixed on the ground. Jamil sighed, silence falling between the two of you for a bit before he spoke.
“It’s okay, it’s not your fault. Just…don’t scare me like that again.” His hand fell away from your cheek, his expression seeming rather conflicted. “Where even were you all this time? I’ve-We’ve been looking for you all over the city. We thought you got thrown into jail. Were you with someone just now?” He asked, looking around behind you as if trying to spot whoever you were with.
“Err…” You hesitated, thinking about whether or not to tell him about Minhaj. On the one hand, Minhaj was a local who kept you from getting caught and showed you around the Scalding Sands, but on the other hand, you just met him today and he could be a serial killer, (you seriously doubt it though).
“Well?”
“That was someone I met today…He saved me when I was about to get caught by the guards. He brought me back too, since I didn’t know where I was.” You explained, omitting the rest of the day. Jamil didn’t look at all convinced, looking down at you with an unamused look.
“Really.”
“Yup.”
“And that took five hours?” You internally cringed; you hadn’t realized that you were gone for so long, and now it made a little more sense why Jamil had been so panicked.
“...Yup.”
“You trusted a complete stranger to lead you around a foreign land.” He said flatly, clearly disapproving. You pressed your lips together, knowing there was no defense you had left.
“I didn’t know how to get back…”
“You could have called me back, you know.” Jamil sighed again. “I would have come to get you. You shouldn’t be relying on random strangers you find on the street; you’re lucky that person wasn’t a serial killer. Be more careful.”
Did he read my mind?
“Okay, you’ve made your point, Jamil…” You relented. “I said I’m sorry…let me back in? It’s kinda cold out here.”
“Fine. You should know that Vil has been planning different ways to lecture you, though.”
“Oh god.” You groaned, making Jamil smile slightly.
“It’s the consequences of your own actions.”
“I know, but that doesn’t mean I have to enjoy it.” You grumbled, pulling the teal cloak around you more as the two of you walked back to the estate. Jamil’s brows furrowed slightly, as if he hadn’t even realized what you were wearing, (or more like, what had been added to your outfit).
“Where did you get that?” He questioned, taking hold of one of the corners of fabric and examining it.
“The person I mentioned gave it to me, since it was getting chilly out.” You explained, confused as to why he was examining it so thoroughly. “Why?” He looked at it over you for a moment longer before turning his back to you, walking back to the estate rather quickly.
“...Nothing. Let’s get inside.”

As promised, you were given an hour long lecture from Vil on safety procedures while on trips, and he subsequently gave you a battery pack for your phone since, ‘it must have died, given you didn’t pick up my calls’.
Grim had tried to act all tough at first, saying ‘Heh, finally! Hench-human, you took too long!’ before fat tears started rolling down his furry cheeks, yelling about how he wasn’t crying when you picked him up and gave him a hug, (you didn’t miss the way his paws gripped onto you tightly).
Similarly, when Kalim saw you he barreled straight into you with a hug, (he’s surprisingly strong) crying and apologizing for not finding you sooner, promising that there would be no bounty on your head and that you wouldn’t be going to jail, (thank goodness for that).
“One of my cousins, Minajael, is the prince, and he said something like ‘I’ll take care of it’, so it’s gonna be good now! He was here actually, you just missed him!” Kalim beamed.
“The prince?” You questioned, feeling a bit alarmed. “How did the prince know what happened?” Kalim tilted his head at you like a confused puppy, putting a finger to his chin.
“Did you not tell him what happened?” He asked.
“Obviously not,” You sighed. “I don’t even know who the prince is, much less that he’s related to you!”
“Ohhh, true! Haha, I forgot about that.” He laughed.
“Kalim, when did the prince come? I didn’t see him.” Jamil asked, looking rather concerned.
“Oh, he showed up at my window!”
“He what?!” Jamil looked like he was about to bust a blood vessel with the way his eyes bulged, his mind clearly running through the many things wrong with that sentence.
“Yeah, it totally scared me! But then he said that and I was like ‘Wow, thanks so much!’ and then he left!” You gaped at Kalim happily saying all of that as if it was the most normal thing in the world.
“Wow…” You murmured, glancing over at Jamil, who was closing his eyes and taking deep breaths. “Well, at least I can show my face in the city again tomorrow…”

You flopped on your bed, the exhaustion of the day beginning to get to you. Your thoughts were racing through your head, but the one person that you were thinking about the most was Minhaj. You would be leaving fairly soon for school again, and who knows when or if you would ever come back to the Scalding Sands?
Maybe I could ask Kalim if I could come back with them during break…
You shook your head, casting the thought aside. There was no guarantee that you would even see Minhaj again if you came back to the Scalding Sands, given that he hadn’t given you any way to contact him, and you didn’t know where he lived. He had seemed pretty convinced that the two of you would meet again, but you just couldn’t see a way that it could happen.
You stretched out over the bed, but your hand hit something hard and metal underneath your pillow. You froze for a moment, feeling for what it was, pulling it out and examining it.
In your hand was a beautifully engraved golden bangle, the surface of it reflecting even in the dim light of your room. The engravings consisted of curling vines and lotus flowers, and you noticed that in the middle of the design was an engraving of a small tiger, the tiger being the only part that was filled in with tiny colored jewels.
Attached to the bangle was a small slip of paper, which you carefully opened. In neat, fancy handwriting the note read: ‘For (Y/N). With love, Minhaj.
You stared at the note for a long while, rereading it over and over again. Eventually, you carefully slipped it off the ornate bangle, setting it carefully on the nightstand. You hesitantly slipped the bangle over your wrist, half-expecting for it not to fit. Instead it slid on smoothly, settling on your wrist comfortably.

This is the first time I’ve written for Minajael, so I haven’t nailed down how I wanna write him just yet. Still, I hope you like this bc it I’m really happy with how it turned out! It lowkey would be a crime if Mina doesn’t have a tiger in-game, so here’s hoping that he gets one! Anyway, ty again and I hope you enjoy! (*⁰▿⁰*)】
Minajael Tealrajah is not used to having to impress people.
The prestige his name carries alone has enough for most people to treat him with far more courtesy than he finds himself deserving of. Minajael does find the constant stream of suck-up trying to curry his favor to be annoying at best and downright obnoxious at worst. You, however, are none of those things.
Initially, Minajael was surprised by your nonchalance about his status. Don't get him wrong, he was immensely grateful that you treated him like a normal person, but the speed at which you dropped all the platitudes gave him whiplash. Thankfully, he was able to recover from said whiplash relatively quickly, which led to the very lovely relationship you have with him today.
Unfortunately, Minajael's relationship with a certain direbeast isn't as… loving, so to speak.
Now, Grim doesn't hate your boyfriend, he just doesn't like him. Yes, there is a difference. Being the protective little thing he is, Grim has yet to give you his approval of Minajael, which has resulted in the poor Prince doing just about everything in his power to win your furry companion over.
The most obvious — way to Grim's heart is through his beloved canned tuna. We're not talking about the kind from the dollar store either. I mean the good stuff with an absurdly high price tag.
For Minajael, money is no object, so you better believe he's presenting Grim with about fifteen cans of premium tuna whenever he drops by to visit you.
"And here you are, as usual, Mister Grim. I bought you a different brand this time, so I hope you like it."
"Hmph, we'll see, human. Your offering to The Great and Powerful Grim will be enjoyed, but a mere tribute won't get you on my good side."
"You're one tough guy to please, you know? Oh well, I don't mind. I'll show you that I'm worthy of (y/n) no matter how long it takes."
If Grim were being honest, Minajael's determination is applaudable. Unfortunately, it's not enough for the direbeast to accept him with open arms. So, the prince must continue his quest to win the favor of his beloved's rowdy little beast.
This whole back and forth between the two is beyond amusing to you, especially since you have such a wonderful relationship with Minajael's pet tiger.
You were, obviously, frightened of her at first, but she warmed up to you very quickly. Sometimes, Minajael thinks she likes you better than she likes him at times, which is quite the blow to his ego. Well, at least she's not putting you to the to determine if you're worthy of him, unlike a certain direbeast that seems dead set on torturing him.
No matter, Minajael is resolute in his mission to worm his way into Grim's good graces. From lavishing the little guy with compliments to brushing his fur and buying him more tuna than a creature of his size should ever be able to consume, your poor boyfriend has tried just about everything to no avail.
"Grim hates me."
"No he doesn't."
"Yeah? Well, it sure feels like he hates me."
"I promise you he doesn't. He's just protective of me and wants to make sure you're serious about me."
"I think I've more than proven that I'm serious about you by now, habibi."
"You have, Mina. Don't worry so much, I'll talk to Grim, okay?"
And talk to Grim you did.
While it was funny to watch Minajael scramble to gain Grim's approval for so long, it's gone on for a bit too long now. You, of course, understand that Grim just doesn't want to see you get your heart broken, but he can't keep 'testing' Minajael forever.
"I'm not gonna call him dad."
"That's fine, Grim. I wasn't expecting you to."
"I'm not gonna be nice to him either."
"I'm just asking you to be respectful. You can do that, can't you?"
"Of course I can! I just don't want to."
"Minajael is a good guy, and he's really torn up about you being so hostile. Just give him a chance for me, please?"
…
"Fine, but the moment he slips up it's no more Mr. Nice Grim!"
"That's completely fine, Grimmy. Thank you."
As promised, Grim is a lot more cordial towards Minajael the next few times he comes around. Yet again, the prince finds himself struck with whiplash from Grim's sudden change in demeanor. He's certainly not complaining, but he definitely is reeling from this new dynamic.
For what it's worth, Grim tries very hard to be nice to Minajael. He holds back his snarky remarks, and actually thanks him for the tuna he continues to bring over. Eventually, the kindness stops feeling so forced and becomes almost… natural.
The next thing you know, the four of you — Minajael, his tiger, Grim, and yourself — are all curled up on Ramshackle's creaky old couch in a big cuddle pile. You find yourself smiling at the sight of Grim dozing away comfortably in Minajael's lap while the latter smooths down his fur with a gentle hand. Finally, the two most important boys in your life are getting along.
"What are you smiling about over there?"
"Hmm, nothing."
"Nothing? Really?"
"Well, I'm just happy to see you and Grim together after everything."
"We really have come a long way, haven't we? Tell me, what sort of magic did you use to get him to come around to me?"
"Oh, c'mon! You know I don't have any magic, Mina. I guess I'm just something of a cat-whisperer."
"'M not a cat."
"That's right, he's not a cat, (y/n). This is The Great and Powerful Grim you're referring to here. Show him some respect, would you?"
"Heh, that's more like it. Your boyfriend has the right idea, henchhuman. You should listen to him."
"Wow. Okay. I see how it is. I've been betrayed by both my cat and my boyfriend."

ㅤI imagine RSA as a school that has a lot of personality and life. Like, Imagine MC who stayed after class to clean up the gym, only to stumble upon two students enthusiastically holding a singing battle right in the middle of the floor. It might sound kinda crazy, but, it honestly wouldn’t surprise me!
ㅤEspecially going off of what Leona said about RSA, I feel as though RSA would have an equal number of fights as NRC has. Because the school has a reputation for producing "model students", there will definitely be some who go there who deserve to go to NRC. (no shade)
ㅤRSA would host a lot of public events, I feel. Given how "good-spirited" the school is run compared to NRC, events would include things like: festivals, charity fundraisers, maybe even tournaments that are dorm against dorm?

ㅤOff the bat, obviously MC, would be way more different than the NRC one we know and love. MC would be more optimistic, BECAUSE, of the students at RSA and how they are optimistic naturally.
ㅤMC, when first hearing about overblots, would find them weird. Not in a "I've never seen this before" weird, but a weird as in "do they always have tantrums when they don't get their way"? This one mayyy be a bit controversial, but since people from NRC are known to be "dramatic" and or "evil" to the people of RSA, it wouldn't NOT be possible!

ㅤPrince Rielle definitely gives the students of his dorm the most headaches because of how energetic he is.
ㅤBecause Prince Rielle left home to experience the surface world, I can imagine MC teaching him 'humary-customs'. Like not assuming everyone has magic (haha).

ㅤLike Princess Ariel, Rielle also collects random objects from 'the surface world'. For example, he has a broken lamp in his room because he thought it was, in his words, "fascinatingly amazing!" (sparkle sparkle)
ㅤTeachers at RSA constantly lecture him to act "princely" at his constant displays of energy and extreme interest in things. Dragging MC into it with him.
ㅤRielle, also, I reckon, is the type of person to be blind if someone dislikes him. Thus, he says he's "friends" with a lot of people at NRC.
ㅤAs the dorm leader of Marinafinne, everyone sings and wears elaborate outfits every day. (Everyone in Marinafinne is theater kids basically!)
ㅤWhen Rielle and MC first met, he assumed that MC was one of his admirers trying to break into the school. In turn, he got very confused when MC didn't seem to know who he was.
ㅤRielle LOVESS, fishing for compliments. Rielle complains to MC whenever they give attention to someone else, only because he loves being given compliments! So, why is his favorite human praising someone while he's right here?!

ㅤSince Minajael is the type of person to value freedom and un-restrictive traditions, Dunasmina probably has the least amount of order of all the dorms. Constantly having music blast along with students who are bickering a ton. He secretly enjoys it.
ㅤHe's similar to Jamil, where he thinks that he's surrounded by idiots (haha). Minajael and Jamil WILL be having the most intense conversations ever.
ㅤMinajael acts annoyed whenever Rielle does something ridiculous, but never makes an effort to actually stop him.
ㅤIs 100% in the RSA debate club.
ㅤAt first, when MC arrived, Minajael pretended that he wasn't interested in them at first. But, unfortunately for him, he somehow always ended up sitting next to them during lunch.
ㅤHaving a great memory, Minajael remembers tiny details about MC and certain things they like, even down to the smallest detail.
ㅤWhenever MC looks like they need help with something, Minajael volunteers without them even asking. Chenya definitely teases him for being so nice to MC.

ㅤNeige would invite MC for tea often, maybe even shopping? As a popular actor and influencer, he has to share his wealth somehow!
ㅤThus, everybody and their mom knows Neige. Even random people on the street go up to RSA students and ask for their autographs.
ㅤHe's genuinely kind, but people will often underestimate him just because he's cute. Even his kindness is his greatest weapon.
ㅤNeige is the type of person who sends "thank-you!" notes after receiving gifts and remembers EVERYONE'S names.
ㅤAs the dorm leader of Charblanche, Neige would make it a dorm custom that everyone knows how to bake, volunteers often, and makes everything positive!
ㅤNeige, quite literally, "adopts" MC, almost immediately at first meeting! He introduces them to everyone, quite obviously valuing his new friend.
ㅤWhenever MC is seen having a bad day, Neige checks in throughout the day, volunteering with whatever they need help with.
ㅤHe LOVESS hearing about MC's world and asks endlessly about it!
ㅤDuring the VDC performance, when MC complimented him for winning, he got easily flustered while sharing how everyone else worked just as hard.

ㅤRSA students are used to him disappearing randomly. He can even be seen in weird places inside classrooms, for example, on the ceiling.
ㅤIs like RSA's version of "Gossip Girl" because he knows everyone's secrets.
ㅤChenya, like he does to everyone, appears randomly behind MC with no warning every day. MC even becomes used to it and stops reacting to his sudden appearances.
ㅤDuring lunch, Chenya loves stealing snacks from them and acts offended whenever MC says he has to "get them something in return!"
ㅤChenya loves making everyone, including MC, laugh. He claims to Rielle that getting a genuine laugh from them (MC) was his biggest accomplishment. And yes, Chenya does laugh at Rielle's annoyed face.
ㅤHe randomly leaves conversations if he's feeling bored, and then resumes them later on.
ㅤChenya, despite his careless-playful self, always knows whenever MC or anyone is upset before anyone else. Whenever someone asks how, he just grins and says "I don't know~."

I was wondering if you’d be able to write for Leona and Ruggie (and Minajael if possible) (Drabble, head canons etc, I don’t mind which one!) and how they would react to a significant other (female if possible, but I don’t mind gender neutral) who’s hypermobile/double jointed and so they can be flexible in weird ways and also tend to always crack their knees, shoulders, neck and fingers at random times out of habit?
