Where she's from
Miss Bo Gallagher is from New Jersey. Born and raised, but manages her accent as to not sound unprofessional. When she gets angry is when you really hear it and while it seems very out of character for her, just remember, her family has a short temper and she inherited that at a young age. No, she wasn't a Jersey Shore girl, do you see how pale she is compared to others in NJ?
Her family is pretty close knit, some are in New York, some are Philadelphia, some are in Washington, no one is ever too far but, unfortunately none of them were able to take her when her parents died. Good thing she was only 17 and was able to leave after a year. She went college and graduated with honors before she moved to Virgina.

Bo would find fathers day very distressing. She would have no interest in celebrating someone who tried to kill her and currently believes she is dead.
I came across these they are supposed to be pre-school however I think for a young child learning English as a second language and learning to read at the same time. These could be awesome for Bo. From what I understand as an adult reads the story the child moves the squares around the board to tell it. I am sure this could work alone or with two children too. Also she could play with Shogo as she learns to read with this. It just seems very versatile and a great item to have around the x-mansion for the younger kids.
Of all the stuff that people consider typically scary that Bo could be scared of magic/magik is not one of them. She would all far casting some random spell it’s just she can’t do so herself.
