Connor Cares about Consent.

He has been talking about it since I tried to get him to do a sudden kiss meme. Unless he has expressly asked, or been informed, that it is okay to surprise a person with kisses, he simply will not. He can surprise a person with a request for a kiss. "Will you kiss me?" Or "Can I kiss you?"

He is simply Not At All impressed with random acts of affection that are not expressly wanted. You cannot make guesses at consent. It has to be enthusiastically and clearly given, or he is having None of it.
