grave goods and burial practices in late Iron Age Britain. Which sounds insanely random but a) i volunteer at a history museum giving tours of (among other things) the archaeology exhibit and b) i might write a book. It's a teeny-tiny little pinprick star of a book idea right now but (bizarrely) late Iron Age grave goods are extremely relevant

man i feel like my life is fairly dull. i could talk about the pirate show but honestly whether i did that or not would depend on the person. i could talk about the cost of living crisis in the uk and the terrible existential dread that's caused in me, but what a downer. Probably the thing i'm looking forward to most is the end of the month when @thisonesatellite will be visiting me. i haven't seen her since april and am in withdrawal.

oh and i have a new(ish) kitten! his name is Hewie and he is a tiny fluff gremlin. He says hello
