melodywest : So I'm going to be honest.... I never cared about meeting celebrities and such... To me it's no different then meeting people who come into my cafe....we are all humans...each with different gifts and talents. But my daughter has hooked me on watching @cw_supernatural and today she had the opportunity to meet @jaredpadalecki if you scroll you will see pure thrill on that child's face.

And as for Jared... He was an absolute gentleman. He was swamped with meet and greet and photo ops and I watched him greet and make eye contact with each one. Making it a point that everyone was seen, and as a mother I appreciated that, and as a business owner I understand the diligence behind the intention he gave each person. Kind people stand out to me, and He was beyond kind. Thank you for a lovely experience and making my daughter's day. As my daughter said Sam down next up Dean (@jensenackles) she's looking forward to meeting you..

A Story About Jared A HERO "So check this out. I’m standing with Kaitlyn watching Lana Del Ray (who was actually really great live). I look to my left and I see a familiar face. Short lady, dark hair. But I couldn’t put my finger on who she was. Then, someone’s head moves out of my way and who is standing next to her? Jared Padalecki. Mhmm. I was watching Ruby and Sam take in some Lana for they’re own enjoyment at ACL. So as the show ends, I start making my way to the gate to see if I can get ahold of him to say hi. Unfortunately, Eminem fans SUCK and the entire crowd was getting smushed against the gate. I noticed a little boy right against the gate and his sister behind him screaming. So I start trying to push back so the boy could get away from the gate, but they were too strong. Then Jared, who was taking pictures with other fans, runs over and asks if he’s getting smushed, then reaches into the crowd and pulls him up and makes sure he’s okay. He got him some water and I was still pushing against the crowd and apologizing to the sister, saying I was doing my best. Jared then touched me on the shoulder and said "Don’t be sorry. It’s you against like 14,000 people man." He asked for my phone and then this happened… #Supernatural #JaredPadalecki #ACLFest #ACL2014"

Robbie talked about being on set with Jared’s parents, during the filming of one of the last eps of Season 8. Jared was being, well Jared, joking and laughing, when at one point he went and stood about 10 feet away. Robbie said he suddenly started to look really unwell, and his whole demeanor and physical appearance changed, to the point where he thought Jared must be ill. But his parents assured him it was just Jared getting into character for Sam, in one of the scenes where he’s feeling the effects of the trials
