After a year of anxiety, I have officially passed my prelims!!!! ABD BABY GONNA WRITE MYSELF A BOOK!

this is so stupid because i know—i know—grades are bullshit and elitist and i know they’re arbitrary half the time but i have made it through my entire graduate career with a 4.0 and i’m in my last semester of coursework, working on my last paper for my last required class ever and i just don’t want to fuck this up but i’m so goddamn tired and i have 24 hours to write a 20 page paper and i just want it done but i also need it to be really good because my last paper was “eh” and that wounds me because i am a writer and if i cannot write i am useless and my prof is on my prelim committee so his opinion matters but i am having so much trouble just doing the thing plz hasham just let me do the thing
