forgive!

     kiku is a very forgiving person, which perhaps is going to be the death of her. even if someone has wronged her in some kind of way, if they ask for forgiveness, she will happily give it. she has been told before this is something she shouldnt do, of course, but she doesnt care and only does what she thinks is right.

parent + loss !

     kiku has one parent. her mother died from the illness that kiku has when kiku herself was a toddler. she now only has her father, who is rarely ever home. she considers the guards her parents pretty much, because they tell her what to do and are home more than her own father. he is always out on business, and when he is home he’s working. kiku has tried countless times to talk to him, but she is not allowed in his room.

     her mother is buried somewhere in the backyard, where there is a rather large gravestone. every day kiku likes to sit out there in front of it and read things such as poems to her mother, as well as laying down chrysanthemums, her mothers favorite flower. she even tends to talk to the stone, talking about her day and what has happened. the guards and such tend to worry about her becuase of this, but she doesnt think of it as a big deal
