[ HE/HIM ] is a [39 / 303 ] year old [VAMPIRE], and has/have been in Pandæmonium for [ WHENEVER HE PLEASES ]. I hear they’re [ + CHARMING & + CLEVER ] and [ - FEARLESS & - MANIPULATIVE ]. If you’re lucky you may catch them working at [ LAW OFFICE ] as a [ LOAN SHARK / PARTNER ].

NOTE: He is basically the male version of Bellatrix Lestrange (minus the fact that he doesn’t have anyone to obsess over as she did.) He also is a mix of Drusilla (from Buffy), David (From The lost boys), Maximilian Esteban (from the vampire Vivienne)
HUMAN LIFE
Samuel does pretty much whatever he wants. He was always like that even as a child.
During his childhood, he enjoyed watching others suffer and causing others to suffer.
He saw his “friends” as pawns to be manipulated to his will.
He would also get others into trouble, so he can watch them get punished. Enjoying the pain that was inflicted on them.
He felt like something was missing in his life. But could never really put his figure on it.
VAMPIRE LIFE
He doesn’t remember who turned him or when he was turned. All he knows is that he felt complete when he was turned.
Samuel didn’t change much when he became a vampire. He still enjoyed using others and causing them pain.
He isn’t shy about needing to feed. Nor is he neat about it. He lets his blood lust take over.
He uses his vampire abilities to his advantage. His favorites are Sire Bonds, Mind Compulsion, Dream Manipulation, & Telepathy.
Playing mind games are one of his hobbies
Samuel has a ring the lets him stay in the sun longer. He got it from a dark witch of course
VENETIA WOODWARD
He used her... and did A LOT of missed up shit to her.
He pretends to be a nice guy to luring her in.
Once he was sure she was his, Samuel slowly started to let his true colors show.
He ended getting her pregnant, with twins.
She somehow meet this dick named Devone and runs off with him and one of his spawn. Samuel made sure they would regret crossing him.
Was able to track them down and get his revenge.
Killing her as any vampire would. Though Samuel might have or might not have realize she took his blood. Not that it matters to him. The sire bond was a better way to take out his anger on her, then just killing her.
Sadly she was able to break the sire bond and runaway. Though sooner or later Samuel will find her again and she won't be able to leave him again.
ASHTON & SAMANTHA
You should pray that his twins are the only children he has.
He never got his hands on Samantha. Her mother took her when she ran off with DEVONE.
He mental messes with Ashton. For showing signs of weakness. Ashton, who refuses to feed no matter how many times he temps her.
Yet he does admire her strong will. Not that he'd tell her that.
Samuel knows that sooner or later he’ll get her to feed. It’s just a matter of time.
He'll do nice things like water her planet/flowers. before tormenting her with human blood.
Ashton still leaves in his house. Which makes her an easy target.
She doesn’t know that woman that raised her wasn’t her real mother. Something Samuel will use against her.
