my three months ab-progress
I feel like I talk a lot about how much I love abs on here, so I thought I actually would share my ab progress so far, with before and after pictures. When I started my fitness journey in January 2021, I did not take any before pictures of my body, which I really regret now. I did find some OLD pictures from when I was 15, which are the before pictures you see. I'm so sorry for the extremely awkward poses, but those are the only pictures I have where you can actually see my stomach before I started working out. I'm really out here exposing myself lol. Before I started working out I did not have a toned stomach. I have always been skinny and I did have a flat stomach, it just wasn't toned. You could not see any ab definition. A toned stomach was everything I wanted when I was 15, and now I actually have it 4 years later. I started my journey in the beginning of January, so this is the progress I've made in about 3 months. I’ve done my 10 minute ab-workout 3-4 times weekly for about three months and this is just my progress so far, I’m far from done with my abs! Also I'm in a calorie surplus since I'm on a weight gain journey, and they would probably have been more visible if I was in a calorie deficit.
