#abs stimulator

So, i’m starting this  30 day ab workout and I want to see if this really is going to make a change on my body or not

I use my abs stimulator when walking on the treadmill -recovering from a knee issue :( ..., and instead of being an useless workout, I feel like it completely changes the whole training. Anybody uses an EMS machine too?
