Aaw hello love and thank you! I really appreciate it! I have to thank reshade for the most part, but it's a gift from a friend, so it's private. Hmmm what I can tell you is to set your graphics quality to high (or very high, if your computer isn't an old fart like mine) and play around with lights in photoshop! Have a lovely day! ♥️

So hi, I’ve never done this before or have contributed to the Sims community in any way so far, but I’m really happy to release this test reshade preset for all of you to try out. Disclaimer: I’m really bad at things like this, so I was simply guessing the whole time and throwing settings around.

I made this preset specifically for my upcoming story, La Vie En Rose, hence the name. It focuses on blooming pinks and deep sunset colors, which is why it’s my absolute favorite during sunsets (in-game and build mode).
Unfortunately, I use this with Reshade version 4.5.4, so I’m genuinely not sure how it will look in your game-- so please let me know! I hope you all are able to enjoy it as much as I do. :)

Please Keep in Mind:
- this preset goes in your C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4\Game\Bin folder
- for me edge-smoothing and laptop mode were turned off
