HELLO ANON I HAVE SO MANY THOUGHTS ABOUT ABSOLUTE BATSUPER I LOVE ABSOLUTE BATSUPER.

i really think they'd get on like a house on fire, even if they start out wary of each other at first. i think kal would be fascinated by all of bruce's gadgets (that batmobile is crazy), awed by the scientific creations humans make when they're not evil and controlling. and bruce, in turn, wants to hear all about krypton when kal is amenable to sharing.

they understand each other on a fundamental level, and it helps them in battle AND the bedroom 🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️

i do think that, because kal grew up on krypton. he does little things that seem normal/unprovocative to him but have bruce going cross-eyed trying to regulate his breathing and calm down. and i think it's the same the other way around, but kal is a lot worse at hiding his attraction/arousal.

when they finally fall into bed together, bruce keeps checking in with kal and making sure he's alright, overly conscious of his size and weight pressing in on him. and kal, who is normally shy and soft-spoken, gets so fed up waiting and reassuring that he eventually snaps and urges bruce on, saying something along the lines of "you can't hurt me" and "please hurry up, stop making me wait" and it's enough to get bruce going.

bruce definitely takes great pleasure in teaching kal new positions/tricks and overwhelming him with his size and strength. the first time they fuck, they hardly leave the bed for a day. and after that, kal is so entranced/pleased by the new experience that he asks bruce to do it all the time. he loves the way bruce feels, surrounding him with his whole body, and cannot get enough of the newfound pleasure as bruce fucks him.

bruce probably can't keep up with a kryptonian's stamina, but he'll damn well try.

Poor Clark he keeps attracting rich men with possessive attitudes lol. At least they spoil him greatly. Except for broke Absolute Batman, he'd probably get Supes flowers he picked from a garden or his attempt at handmade cards, he will pay it back by blowing the Kryptonians mind away with crazy sex.

omfg im so happy someone else has made the absolute batsuper connection with how bruce is an engineer, a blue collar worker usually employed by the city to also work in construction among other things and how kal is LITERALLY from a very class based society and the laborer's guild and he took pride in also doing the hands on manual labor work.... FINALLY.......... i felt like i was going crazy cause no one was talking about it. im curious if you think they'd have any hangups getting along (bruce's self isolating tendencies is one i can think of LOL) or if those are quickly swept under the bridge because theyre young, enthusiastic, and idealists (AND HORNY). thank you for sharing

i don’t think they would mesh well immediately. kal is canonically distrustful of science/people who specialize in the sciences because those same people abused and doomed krypton.

when he first meets bruce, sees all of his gadgets, and learns that they’re personal inventions?? kal for sure distances himself at first as a caution, worried about how similar humans may be to kryptonians because he just doesn’t know.

and on bruce’s side of things, i think he’d be overly cautious of kal’s powers, acutely aware of how easily kal could use them to track down his mother/community and put them at risk. and also yes, he does tend to self isolate so he likely wouldn’t be entirely open to forming any kind of connection with kal at first.

when they do start to warm up to each other, it’s on the heels of a battle where they’d both proved their goodness and dedication. and they both come to the realization that, oh, he’s like me. after that, their friendship is a slow, cautious thing that unfurls the more they spend fighting at each other’s backs, saving one another and helping civilians.

they don’t see each other often. bruce is in gotham, and kal travels the world, but after however many rendezvous where they both start to realize how excited they get to see each other, their relationship blooms into something more. and after that, they’re quick to evolve their relationship to sex and kissing and the occasional private date.
