What is absolute love, also called unconditional love ?
It is a serene surrender, an unwavering faith in the loved one. It is welcoming the other in their entirety, with their highlights and their shadows.
It is, in essence, a pure offering, a sincere surrender to the other for who they are, and not for what we would like them to be. And to be loved in return for absolute love is overwhelming. It is accepting to be loved unconditionally, without a mask, it is facing one's own vulnerability, it is daring to show oneself in all one's imperfection without fear of being rejected, but also learning to love oneself. It is the love that persists when everything else wavers, the love that, like a lighthouse, illuminates even the darkest nights.
If this definition isn't clear enough... look at them, absolute love is them.

Rare Sunday morning post for you!
Just felt the overwhelming need to explain how much I love Sunday mornings with my man (grab the bucket folks, schmaltz incoming)
Saturday mornings are kind of urgent, it's the first time we've woken up together that week and inevitably everything is a bit sore after the Friday night hello! Also Saturday mornings are taken up with my maintenance beating (very necessary atonement after a week of impure thoughts and self-pleasure)
But after that the weekend pans out in a floral scented haze of delightful pastel intimacy and love (sorry, bit icky I know)
But Sunday mornings are the absolute best, I wake him in the usual way (this involves my mouth although no words are required) and then I put on his shirt (he likes that) and go and make his coffee. We lay and chat and inevitably make love (different from having sex, you know what I mean) and talk about our future lives together.
Then we shower and get ready for church, he chooses what I will wear, no make-up and either a bow in my hair or covered with a scarf. This is a wonderfully intimate part of being together and I never want to not have this.
I hope you read this not as 'Oh look at me I have bagged the perfect man' but understand that what's happening here is that I feel so lucky to be so much in love that the emotions are far too big to be contained in my poor overstimulated brain and burst out wherever possible!
And this is the only place bursting is possible. So sorry not sorry :)

I had a dream where I was watching red dwarf, and it was an episode where rimmer tried to have the courage to do shit and all you know. There was some smeg going on like why were they in a cave while rimmer was running away from a big spider?😭
Anyways I'm not here to tell the whole thing I just wanted to say that in the end there was a scene where rimmer was just sitting there and lister randomly came up to him and kissed him 🥹
They were acting really sweet through the whole dream and when they kissed I started fan girling immediately XD
