quick, give me a character , please?
*falls flat on face*
;---; RP anyone...? Like...I'm up for anything right now. As are the muses! Except Scarlet....she's kinda mad at the moment. But I can use her for some stuff. ^U^ And the Black Butler muses are still here. They might be moving soon, but they are here as of now. So anyone?
An Evening at Home
It was the smallest of sounds that catches her attention – the unmistakable knock against the front door – and the sorceress draws back, still, listening carefully, prompting her youngest to wriggle loose from her hold and bolt for freedom out the bathroom door. Lavinia glances after and exhales a noise caught somewhere between a sigh and a whine before she tosses the towel into the corner and leisurely chases after her.
Winding through hallways and pushing toys out of the way with absentminded kicks as she goes, she makes it to the common room to find the toddler is waiting, perched on the lap of an uncle lost amidst a circle of adoptive siblings in post-meal conversation. Lavinia debates if a chase is worth her effort and finally decides that no, it isn’t as the knock sounds again.
She uses the nearest window out of habit, forgoing the hassle of the door, and slips onto the sprawling lawn outside. The cool, green blades of grass are damp under her toes and the yard is dark, save for the occasional flint of light sparked by the wandering Will-o’-the-wisp’s.
When she rounds the side of the yard to the front, the figure becomes apparent. Bathed in the glow of the security lamp, they are unfamiliar, if intriguing.
Lavinia gives a soft, if warm, “Evening,” hoping not to startle them.
So why exactly did you ask me down here?
