Did a photoshoot with a friend of mine to celebrate her recent divorce. We totally demolished this dress. We just wanted to send the message that all types of abuse can damage you. But you can do hard things. You can get out of hard things. You can do this. The first time I posted this on my Facebook, it got 150 likes and 23 shares with in less than 24 hours. Then her now ex husband got mad at said we were calling him a sexual predator and to take the post down. I got scared and did it. But reposted the photos after blocking him and taking any mention of sexual abuse out of the post. (No he was not tagged and no it did not explicitly say that he sexually abused her. It was an admission of his own guilt. But whatever.) the photos are still all over Facebook and it completely blows my mind. I’m so proud of this and message that it sends. Never ever ever let anyone make you feel less than. Never ever ever let anyone take your power away and silence you. You can get out. You can be free.
