Ok so little update^^
Today was officially the last day of this fitchallange and well, there were only 21 days that passed extremely quickly. My trainer refuses to give me the pictures yet 🤣🤣 but overall I lost 32cm which is pretty damn good if you ask me!
So, it is possible, even in a short period of time with the right motivation and support!
Did I cheat? Hell yeah I did...I slipped a cookie or two and some alcohol :))) but the important thing is, even if you slip a bit to not give up and go right back on track.
It’s not all perfect and pink, lost muscles, gained muscles, got my stats up and down, but at the end of the day it’s important I got to this point and that I’m even more motivated to continue!!❤️❤️
I’m choosing to share this because I hope the right people will see this and they can get motivated and know that it’s possible to do it with not a lot of work and stress and I’m here supporting everybody! ❤️🤗
