Bud and Anubis's illness passed right in time for Capicornpaw's ceremony. Capicornpaw was named Capicornmane in honor of her planning.

Sadly, Jade wasn't able to see the ceremony, passing away from redcough a few days prior.

Abyssclan's border patrol met Lightningclan's border patrol. Both patrol leaders nodded to each other respectfully, putting their cats at ease.

Amberquiver and Tiny had a long talk about romance and mateship in their old ages. The two became mates, but not for long. Tiny passed away from the old age. Amberquiver and Hailchest are grieving.

The apprentice's nervousness was palpable, his fur refused to lay flat and his eyes flickered from side to side around the camp. He hadn't been this anxious as a kit, he had stood proudly infront of his leader. But now, his paws worked against him and he was hesitant to step forward. Still, he gulped down his fear and puffed out his chest to face to the leader head on.

Now there he sat, looking up at Abyssal'Star with a sense of awe hearing his full name spoken for the first time. Air'chirp, it feels do fitting, so right. As the crowd cheered his name, he could tell that only his mentor, the molly Aphid'frost, was truly happy. Each of his other clanmates did so out of obligation.

It clawed at his heart, a deep ache that grew as he remembered his family. They would have hollared and cried, yowled until their throats grew dry. Here, it was barely louder than a conversation. Today was supposed to be so important, so special. Yet now tears picked his eyes, and he padded away from the meeting to sit at the clan enterance.

Looking up at the sky, he sighed something bitter.

Atleast his family was starting at the same sky as him.

Firefly faded more and more as the days went by, until one day, she was found dead in her nest.

Hatsune Miku got lucky and fully recovered from his snake bite. But his place in the medicine den was soon taken by Hazyfrond with whitecough.

Crookedkite came to Violetstar to talk. She expressed that she felt bad for what happened last moon and felt like she messed up. Violetstar told her that she did mess up, but it was okay. He promised to protect her, even from herself.

He didn't protect her. Abyssclan's border patrol was attacked by a gang of rogues. Crookedkite, Slitstripe, Scratchpoppy and Icyspots died. Yuki and Minkwhistle managed to escape. Next | Previous | First

Cicadathud became an elder. Anubis and Hailchest got whitecough.

Yuki and Tiny found a butterly among they snow. They saw it as an omen from Starclan and took care of it until its end. However, during that time Tiny got too focused on it, shooing any cat away, if they weren't actually dying.

Minkwhistle, Browndapple and Hailchest spend time together. Yuku is glad to see that Browndapple looks better and no longer in deep grief.

After the rogue attack, Hailchest grew to be more careful. He noticed odd tracks on the border and quickly came to report them to Violetstar. Violetstar, despite his grief, agreed to come and look at it, but sighed loudly every time Hailchest did anything on patrol. Later the tracks turned out to be dog's tracks and it was scared off.

Hatsune Miku was worried about Yuki and tried to talk to her, but was hissed at by her instead. Yuki fled from the camp to go on the solo-patrol, while Hatsune Miku got some un-needed comments from Burnetbeak.

During a patrol a kittypet came to the border and asked to join the clan. Anubis joined Abyssclan. Next | Previous | First

The clan decided to let Twigchomp keep their life. Twigchomp was exiled.
