As for your question, do you mean how they differ personality-wise as opposed to Enia? They do have a different accent to her, and I do think their personalities differ somewhat. The Crones dotted around The Lands Between seem generally more mournful, fearful and much more respectful/strict on the 'rules' of the land in relation to the Golden Order. Whereas Enia, after her Fingers stop communicating, essentially urges us to burn the Erdtree. One of the Crones not far from the Forge of the Giants tells us explicitly not to burn the Erdtree.
It's interesting to think about what Enia's standing in the whole scheme of things is, given that she translates the Fingers in the Roundtable Hold. Why her and not the others? Thinking about it, maybe the reason she's watching over the Fingers in the Hold is because of her more lax view of the 'rules', given that she eventually tells you to go ahead and burn the Erdtree. The other Crones don't appear to be as keen on the idea. Being that Tarnished are viewed as being outside the GO, it would make sense for a more lenient Crone to watch over the Roundtable's Fingers. But who appointed her? Thinking about it, why does the Roundtable Hold even have Fingers? A gift from Marika? I'll stop now before I continue wildly speculating, but thanks for your question it's given me some food for thought. I might update the spreadsheet with some thoughts on this later.
