I need more fics where the ED doctors defend front desk staff!reader from angry patients. This is purely self indulgent because I am a front desk worker in a family clinic and being yelled at is a daily occurrence I can't imagine how bad it must be in the ED where patients are going to be way angrier and more desperate. btw the official name for the front desk staff in hospitals, clinics, EDs, ect. is Access Coordinator.
