A photo that sparks joy. I went down a social media rabbit hole after the Covington Catholic racist youth's actions. A big reason I need the break from it. Specifically, Facebook. Physical sickness, got the better of me today. Hi, I'm Deborah and I am a recovering Christian. Literally, in recovery from the pain of that past. I don't adhere to one set of beliefs. I don't believe one thing is better than anyone. I do believe in raising good humans. Good humans are not white supremacists. Stop breeding them. They do not deserve praise for their marching for unborn life when they blatantly disrespect the life in front of them. I've been running for over a year. I was extremely obese and a former smoker just a few years ago. I've never been successful at running...but I keep at it anyway. I love the way I feel when I am done. That runners high is real and it's a great feeling. ☺️ 🎉Today I'm celebrating my pace dropping from a regular 16 minute mile to a 14 minute mile. 🎉 It's a small victory, but a victory! 🏃🏻‍♀️ Thanks to BeachBody's exercise programs and Shakeology, I've been able to drop 4 sizes, increase my energy, and shorten my running pace. May is almost here and I have an accountability group that will be starting with a musical theme.
