Contently empowers brands and journalists to connect and tell stories. Our solution combines the largest network of vetted, ready-to-work journalists with a workflow platform designed to help brands more efficiently manage their content programs. Clients currently include some of the world's largest brands, agencies and media companies.
Serve as primary owner of relationship for base of clients, ensuring maximum client success, focused on winning renewal of business in 6 or 12 month cycles for all clients (primarily from within F2000)
Prepare and deliver effective client presentations, including training of stakeholders at all levels of the organization up to C-Suite
Develop and execute action plans to help facilitate client success, building successful client relationships in the process
Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly results presentations to internal and external teams
Work closely with clients to identify needs including content approval workflows and more, and consult on best practices for solutions and setup
Regularly evaluate quality of content, managing external content creation, editorial, and strategy resources
Identify new opportunities from within existing accounts, partnering with Business Development team to aid in increasing revenue
Ensure a deep enough understanding of clients’ individual experiences to head off potential issues before they become problems
Develop expertise in all Contently technologies, delivering technical support as needed to clients and other Contently contractors
2-4 years experience demonstrating client service success (internal and/or external), with a results-oriented and data-driven approach
Dynamic personality able to effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences at all levels of a business
Sound decision making, analytical, and organizational skills in a fast paced environment
Passion about business and dissatisfaction with status quo – always thinking of ways to improve/grow assigned clients
An ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities, balancing client deliverables on multiple projects as well as internal obligations
A focus on relationships, able to gain trust through communication, expectation setting, and completion of planned deliverables
Confident communicator (written and oral) skills, and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all levels of internal and external organizations
Knowledge of key project management concepts including phases, plans, deliverables, scope, and tasks
An ability to understand and troubleshoot software issues
