Text100 Sabbaticals
One of Rochester's account directors, Alyssa Weir, just left for South Africa as part of Text100's sabbatical program. Text100's sabbatical program is awarded to some of its long-term, high-performing employees, who receive an extended break from work as a time to "refresh and recharge" before their next stage of career development. During her three-week stint in South Africa, Alyssa will go on a safari, take a cooking class, and make stops in Cape Town, Hoedspruit, Kruger National Park and Johannesburg!
What does it take to be a part of Text100's sabbatical program?
Must be an account director or above
Spent at least six years working for Text100
Apply and be selected (competitive process)
Sabbatical recipients are given an eight-week paid leave, but some recipients choose to split it up, taking four weeks off of work, returning to work, and then taking another four weeks off. All in all, it is a time well-deserved for some of Text100's loyal employees.
