We were robbed of ever seeing this in comic form! (My fingers are crossed for a future dark Crystal aor comic in the future)

I headcanon that Ordon always said “father” when addressing himself and that’s why Rian calls him father instead of something familial. Idk, father/mother sounds formal and it fits Ordon’s strict attitude towards Rian later on. (Deet calls her dad’s, father, as well so maybe it’s the go it name for parents)

I really wish we had gotten to see Ordon loosening up more, especially with Rian. But hey, that’s what fanart/fanfics are for!

I can imagine that Fara let's Eri off the hook, sometimes lol and maybe she even tries to relive her youth with Eri.

Thank you so much for this suggestion! When I read it the first time I pictured so many Eri and Fara family scenarios in my head. I assume the two of them were super close. Which makes Maudra Fara's death even more sad!!!

@accursed-one The moment Azra catches wind of Eri having a pet Rakkida, she will be the first one to pet Vatuú so calmly lol

I had to draw the spooky witch, she loves all creatures of Thra that are ugly, scary and misunderstood. Here we also have a rare soft expression on Azra! I might do another one and reblog it after I get the last two asks done because there is one Oc who will give Eri the reaction she’s looking for lol but I had to draw my girl Azra!

i really wanna see razer and cha'l have a dance off lol

If you read this with the Mortal Kombat voice it makes it funnier lol

As we all must know, Cha’l and Razer are two of the best dancers and they don’t mess around when they’re feeling the music. If these two see the other, move aside because it’s gonna be a dance battle full of moves you’ve never seen before. And they will not hold back until one of them yields...or the tavern owner tells them to stop. They are two kings of the dance floor and Shiyoon and Fleur are their queens. When either or both couples are dancing it’s gonna get attention and end with applause.

Cha’l won’t admit it but his dance battles with Razer are their bonding moments, especially when he noticed Fleur spending a little too much time with a certain Sifa. And you better believe at big family gatherings (WanderingSails, Azra, Tau, etc are all included because they are all family to the Stonesans) these two will break out into a dance-off, their dance rivalry will go down in history lol

@accursed-one SwampRoots at their finest! I see Kenai doing that a lot! I can imagine that Kenai makes baking difficult to do sometimes lol

Like, he’d create playful mischief when he helps her cook like toss flour or putting jam on her nose. But he knows how much work Quinta has to deal with and always volunteers to clean up the mess.

19, 28, 49 - cha'l

@accursed-one My gentle boy Cha'l!

19. What's their unusual quirk?

Cha'l is not a vain gelf but he has an urge to look at himself through every mirror he walks by. Does the mirror hold an alternate world? We may never know but Cha'l wants to find out lol

28. Describe their morning routine.

I'll describe two (before his relationship with Shiyoon and when they begin living together)

Wake up before everyone on his ship (or at least his roommates), be the first to use the washing room (or anything equivalent for a sifan ship), braid his hair in his special way, pray to Thra everyone returns home safe, sneaks to the pantry for his hidden stash and finally begin prepping breakfast for the crew.

Wake up, check to see if Shiyoon is awake, if not he'll decide if he wants to prank or surprise her, freshen up, if he decided to prank her, he would look around their home for the necessary materials (he knows food is off limits, he pranked her with food and was in the dog house lol), and finally begin preparing their special breakfast!

49. Do they put a lot of effort into their appearance, or do they make themselves presentable and go?

This is a fun question for Cha'l because at first he was going to be a guy who was very much into his looks. He's still kinda like that but only with his hair. Fleur rocks a lot of hairstyles and Cha'l has definitely dipped his toes in doing his hair differently (we'll see that in a future sketchy comic/storyboard)

As for clothing, Cha'l isn't very particular. He owns his favorite shirt in different colors lol The exception is special occasions or trying to impress lol

When I created Sera I was heavily inspired by Captain Amelia lol I had rewatched “Treasure Planet” with my friend some time ago and I really wanted to make a Captain who gave off boss energy like Captain Amelia.
