I'm tired but I can't sleep and I took nyquil but its not working and today was good until out want and now I'm tired a d I want to go home but I'm on my room so maybe home isn't this place but a people and that makes me feel worse because I don't think in anyone's home and im really tired but not the kind you can sleep away so maybe I'll just have a bad night too

I'm not having a good day today

I was really excited about going to teach a Muay Thai class today at my Alma Mater and then today everyone who was going to go cancelled on me. Like super last minute too. It just makes me feel really shitty because I was thinking about it all week and put a lot of effort and care into what I wanted to teach. It knocks the wind out of you when you look forward to sharing something you care about with others yet they don't treat it with the same respect you do. I didn't even go train at my gym today because I got so upset and I didn't think it would do me good to go. I really can't do a lot since my nose is broken and I probably would've been stuck with the beginners in the class and not been able to work out my frustration. I'm sad and none of my friends are around. I miss my old college and high school friends that aren't around since I stuck around in DC after graduating. I miss being able to train and not worry about my nose constantly and I just miss feeling like things are ok. Things have just been getting tougher for me and I'm just not sure where to go from here. I'm kinda scared and unsure of so much and I just wish things would go back to when I felt genuinely happy 😞
