I'm sitting and thinking about this question and I just realized that the Joker had invented ASMR before it sort of became mainstream? Remember his videos with Brian and Mike Engel? The Joker was behind the camera and we could hear him breathe, lick his lips, and the sound of his leather gloves gripping the camera. I mean, he really is the guy for the job :D Imagine the Joker running a youtube channel, his asmr videos would gain millions of views!

In the movie we can not only see but also hear the unnerving wet sound of Joker licking his lips, his tongue darting out of his mouth to brush over his lips, snake-like. We know why Heath really did that (to keep the prosthetics in place), but the Joker does that unconsciously, and he is aware what effect it has on people. Just like his gruesome scars, this habit of his makes people around him extremely nervous and uncomfortable.

The Joker smacks his lips. A lot. Especially in pauses between phrases. Do I even need to address the amount of 'uh's and 'ah's he makes during his speech? :D It's neither because he's retarded or his vocabulary is poor. No. It's because his mind runs a mile a minute and he makes an effort to concentrate on his words because he sort of has to go back to articulate and finish his train of thought.

He sucks on his teeth and the insides of his scars while considering things. He hums and whistles tunes only he knows exist. And, last but not least, the Joker laughs. He laughs, chuckles, snickers, giggles, cackles at the things only he might find funny.

What’s something you really hate seeing on your dash that seems to be popular with almost everyone else?

The full truth is, I'm not sure who likes it or who's just keeping their mouths shut, but ...

False positivity. The sort of love-bombing routine that's so clearly and obviously geared to sucking up to someone so they'll give the suck-up what they want. Someone they've known for 3 days posts a promo and they reblog it with stuff like 'OMG MY WIFEY!!' in the tags. Someone posts an inbox call? It's 'Send me anything, anything at all and I'll scream and cry and throw up!!!!' Messages and asks about 'OMG you're the best [muse name] ever, I adore your muse so much you're so fantastic', but it turns out they're sending that same thing to all the muns who write that muse.

It's so fake, and so icky. And surprisingly enough it comes to a screeching halt the very instant they don't get what they want.

What’s your biggest pet peeve when it comes to RPing?

High school games and disrespect.

The false positivity is actually a part of this, where muns fawn all over someone with the deliberate intent of separating them from their current partner/s and putting themselves in their place. I'm not talking about 'multiship', I'm talking getting rid of any others and having the target mun write only with them instead.

"it depends." a pause, merely for dramatic effect. he didn't mind if it lead to wrong speculation or if it made him seem a bit arrogant at first, as that should hopefully be fixed when talking again. The saying that misfortune comes in threes certainly does hold some merit to it when it comes to Oswald’s state of affair. It could be said that the hardy mobster has survived many a downturn, but none were quite as wretched as this one. His empire? In shambles. His dignity? Destroyed. His mother? Gone. 

Wresting it all back would only be a matter of time- that he’s certain of. After all, Oswald has survived by the skin of his teeth for so long. He’s done it once, he could do it again if he wanted to. If. What was the point of it all? If there is no longer someone to share his fortunes with? His sweet sainted mother has been the only one who truly cared for him without ill intentions or motives. The only one who loved him. The only one who had seen him through both his best and worst days. And now she’s gone. What good is anything else? All her life- she has never once enjoyed a day of comfortable luxury. Now she never will. It seems almost unjust that he was the one alive. Yet here he is, still breathing. Wrapped in clothes that are not his. Nursing tender wounds. Counting notes from a wallet that’s not his. “Two lemon tarts.” The sullen man slid the appropriate amount across the counter, resisting the urge to drum his fingers in impatience. He shouldn’t be out. Shouldn’t be here. But it has been a while since he’d been anywhere outside the apartment he’d seized and he’s tired of chinese takeout. “Fancy packaging’s not necessary. Just- just slide them in a paper bag or something.”
