It's true that I stopped writing about us. But I never stop writing about you; in every corner of my writings, there's you that hide metaphorically. And in between the lines I'm still hoping that you'll come back, so I can start again to write down our stories.
- yes, I'm still hoping.....
To the mothers with an aching heart on mother’s day. We see you. You are not alone. xo
"love letter to grandma", 2023
digital collage. images from the met museum and smithsonian institution.
inspired by the 18th century's tradition of the lover's eye, by which lovers would gift each other pendants and jewelry with painted miniatures of the giver in representation of their love ❤️🔥
xoxo
I should stop convincing myself, that you still love me.
I guess even how gentle you broke someone's heart, it leaves scars. And even you give everything to someone you love, it will never be enough.
We always end up broken hearted, yet somehow we still believed that there's someone out there, that can heal all the pain of our pasts.
The best thing I learn in life is; learn to let go.
When you came into my life, I forgot to pray for myself, instead I pray for you. I pray to guide you, protect you, give you a good health, don't let you feel pain and sadness. But I forgot to ask Him, that don't let your heart changed.
