Did my strong coffee/AVJ rinse today! Don't think it worked too well....my hair looks and feels clean but at the same time, looks heavy and has no volume. It's still damp though, so I won't pass total judgment until it's completely dry. Here's to hoping I can wear it down tomorrow!
I think my hair is becoming a little over-conditioned...
I just don't know what to do about it! I need to do Acid Rinses after my workouts to get rid of the sweat and the smell, my water is just too hard to do WO effectively. This used to work fine, in fact I could go 2+ weeks just doing AO every other day or so, but now my hair feels gross even after my rinses. Bleh.
I think I'm going to try lemon juice or something and see how that works. It's all I can think of right now. Lemon juice can actually be drying so it might work to strip some of this moisture out of my roots. Worth a shot at least!
