{A Gentle Heart Healing Practice} Have you ever felt that pieces of your heart are stuck somewhere else or with someone you’ve parted ways with? Then this gentle practice could be helpful for you. I developed it last fall as I was traveling and it has helped me a lot. Go to a physical place where you have very dear memories you hold on to maybe a bit too much, or to a place where your heart was broken. Make sure you are safe to close your eyes for a bit. Gently close your eyes and focus on your heart center. Now, quietly say to yourself - ”I hereby recall any pieces and traces of my heart here still lingering” and envision emerald green and golden light bringing all these little pieces and traces back to your heart center, gently mending your heart. Now say “I let go of anything and everything that no longer serves me. I am now whole. And so it is. Blessed be.”. Thank yourself lovingly and open your eyes.
