People need to stop being toxic to other gender/sexual identities. I'm not saying the lgbtqia+ community as a whole but I'm seeing lots of people abusing the title of lgbtqia+ to put others down. This needs to stop. In a place that's supposed to be a safe space I see people saying biphobic, aphobic, panphobic, and anti non-binary things. This is a problem. So what if an asexual person is "cishet"(even tho they aren't), it doesn't mean that they have to be antis. People need to stop bringing hate and discourse into safe spaces. It's not good for those who need a safe space. By doing this you're actively denying people from identifying as a certain gender/sexuality. That's enough gatekeeping. It's getting to a point where I feel uncomfortable to even post my sexuality, gender, and other stuff like that. Stop denying people's identities. It's not cool.
