Heya, airmail!⭐️🦋
Third set of camper comments about Halloween! Skye made some scary pumpkin soup, which is so delicious that you will be horrified, and Plucky accidentally (?) made a pumpkin look like Isabelle. I don’t understand either of those things, but I guess Halloween is a holiday where I just sort of stumble around confused all day and it just can’t be helped!
I was under the impression that it wasn’t a book you could buy so much as it was a book Isabelle would read to you if you asked her to. You know, like if you were having trouble sleeping, you could just head to the Marketplace with your sleeping bag and listen to her dulcet tones as you drift off to slumberland.
The only other thing I want to say about the April Fools’ Day messages is that I first heard the message Rocco gave from Avery, who is an eagle, so the whole “I can fly” thing made both more and less sense coming from him. That’s all there is.
Sky enjoying the exotic fountain. She wants to float on the surface of the water, but this isn’t the pool. There is a pool amenity, and this isn’t it. She’ll never get to swim in a pool at this rate! Will I ever swap this out for the pool and make her dream come true? P... probably!
I can’t say I have a particularly strong desire to read somebody’s hide-and-seek memoir, but maybe it’s actually the memoir of a person named Hide-and-Seek. That’d make sense, right? Somebody with a three-word hyphenated name?
There is absolutely no non-video game context in which this makes sense. None. Even if you’re trying to think of, like, some marine biology student scenario, no, no marine biologist would say “I caught the strangest fish...I wonder if you’d have any use for it.”
