Acrispike

Acrispike: being acri- but occasionally having rare, intense, and sudden spikes of being allo-.

Acri- describes someone who feels an attraction, but it feels wrong or unnatural to be feeling it, like it should not happen to them due to neurodivergence.

This label can be combined with other orientations. For example, one could be acrispike and polysexual, meaning that they are acri-attracted to multiple genders and occasionally have "spikes" of allo-attraction.

The -jump counterpart to acrispike is acrijump, the asexual counterpart is acespike, the aromantic counterpart is arospike, and the aroace counterpart is aroacespike.

This term was coined by Questioningmess on LGBTA Wiki. The acrisexual spike flag was created by wiki user CrystalOwl95455. The acriromantic spike flag was created by the same user on the same day.
