I took a Specialty Skills class yesterday for working hand pops and dynamic entries. I’ve avoided dynamic movements for a while because of the strain on my shoulders and elbows, but with the proper instruction, these felt very achievable!

This was with a jump entry. I’m still apprehensive about jumping, but I think I can work my way up to a larger leap with comfort.
