Organizujte svou práci - Action Method

Nedávno mě kamarád upozornil na službu týkající se organizací práce - Action Method. Jde o online aplikaci od autorů serveru Behance.net a nutno dodat, že i GUI je v téměř totožném stylu. Tzn. jednoduché a velmi srozumitelné. Služba je sice placená, ovšem je možné ji využívat i zdarma (samozřejmě s jistým omezením - počet projektů, poznámek, místo pro sdílení souborů, atd.). Ke každému projektu máte možnost přizvat další uživatele (pokud není kolega/kamarád/worker na AM, zkratka dostane e-mail s pozváním). AM využívám v zásadě krátce, ale vyhovuje mi neskutečným způsobem (oproti Sharepointu např. nebo jeho klonům). Určitě stojí za vyzkoušení!

Mailbox App

Theres a couple of daily tasks that I love (1) making lists, (2) getting coffee to create lists and (3) marking things off my lists.

I believe Action Method created a good way to get things done, even if it seems just like colored lists. I wonder why the Clear App is not something that Behance invented, its totally what I should have expected. It feels good getting things done!

There’s also some daily tasks that I dislike (1) waiting in line at the bank, (2) attend meetings and (3) e-mail. The first two are self explanatory but the last one is a little harder to crack. 

Google made it easier by eliminating all SPAM that is actually not an attachment from someone else. I can create filter based on the contacts I have on my address book but one of the issues that still persist is the content on the e-mails.

Your priority might no be my priority. 

And now comes Mailbox App. Everything that e-mail should be is there! Take a look - having peace of mind that inbox can be zero is a dream come true.  

It was love at first sight. I want to get my life back, instead of being run by technology.
