So I was in Italy this past week, and it was amazing!! Thankfully, the apperitivo concept (a drink and freshly made buffet for only 8 euro) may have helped my wallet, but not my waistline. Although part of it may be in my head, you workout junkies know how awful you feel after a few days of not working out. So yeah, the resistance bands and the absurd amount of walking around didn't really get my heart pumping as much as I would like. But let's get real...even though I felt gross I wasn't going to limit myself in Italy! That's like going to Colombia and not having a cup of coffee, or France not trying a croissant...it's basically sinful.
Anyway, I'm going to try to track my progress for the last few weeks of my study abroad experience and hopefully I can get into tip top shape by the time I go home to New York. And maybe some of you can join me or give me pointers!
Today the gym is closed since its Easter...so I had to make up my own little exercise routine:

30 minutes arms and abs:
